Shipping and Returns


Firstly please bare in mind that all items are handmade to order so there will be a turn around time at the point of ordering, standard turn around is usually around 2-3weeks but please contact us if this is a problem or you would like a more current turn around time.

Postage is priced at £4.00

All items are posted via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class signed for.

If you haven't received your item within a week of you dispatch email please get in contact and we can check shipping info.

Local collection available, just enter the code 'COLLECTION' in the discount box at the check out. If we are running a discount along side of which you would like to use please contact us on our socials or at


We really hope you will love your items as much as we do making them, but if this is not the case we will be able to exchange or refund within 14 days of you receiving your items. A refund will only be issued once items are received back in original form (unworn and unwashed) and packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalised items.

When returning items they must be posted via Royal Mail signed for and you must keep proof of postage.
